2025 General Meetings - Our monthly general meetings are held at the Ardrossan Memorial Hall (alongside Rg Rd 222) on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings start at 7:00 PM and we encourage members to attend as well as visitors and guests. Our April meeting also serves as our Annual General Meeting when we elect a new slate of executive & director positions for 2025-26. This year's dates include March 18, April 22, May 20, June 17, July 15, August 19, September 16, and October 21.
2025 Executive & Director Meetings - Held on the first Tuesday of each month
(* except July 1) at the Community Center in Sherwood Park starting at 7:00 PM. This year's dates include March 4, April 1, May 6, June 3, *July 2, August 5, September 2, October 7, and November 4.
